The Scrutiny Panel was established and developed to support customer challenge and engagement in the business. Stonewater is one of the few housing associations that retained its scrutiny panel following the -1% rent cut in the Welfare Reform and Work Bill set out in 2016. In the final episode of the series members of the scrutiny panel will join Anisha and Sara-Anne to discuss why this was such an important decision for the organisation.
